We are pleased to inform you that we are now ready to accept nominations for the annual election of student representatives (undergraduate and postgraduate) for the session 2017-18. The Nomination period will start on 1st of April (00:00) and end on 7th of April (23:59). If you wish to be nominated, please complete the attached form and submit as instructed in the form. For more information, please take a look at the attached regulations below, which were accepted by the residents through a general polling on 23rd of February, 2016.
To enhance residents’ understanding on Student Representatives, we will hold a gathering session on 5th of April (9.30 – 10.30 pm) in D-304. The current student representatives will discuss the role of Student Representatives and share information about the annual election.
